A cleaning fee of $30 will be added to all rentals for 1 hour of cleaning. If additional cleaning time is needed, then additional cleaning time may be charged.
Discounts will be given for ongoing rentals (weekly, monthly and annual)
Additional fees may be charged for:
NCSS Staff supervision (opening up or locking up facility)
– Presentation technology (projectors) or computers
– Portable PA System
