Frequently Asked Questions

We want our children to know that our loving God has uniquely created them. We want them to know that Jesus is our Saviour and that He cares for them. We weave these messages throughout the day and program. Students do have daily Bible learning, prayer and also learn Bible verses. We want our children to know that our faith is relevant to the larger world and not just time at school.

NCCS is a Level 1 Independent School, which means that all of our curriculum meets or exceeds BC learning outcomes.

Yes, NCCS is operated by Nelson Christian School Society which is a charitable organization.  All financial donations are issued an official receipt for income tax purposes. You can donate at this link.

Kindergarten classes are full time.

Preschool (Ages 3 & 4) and Kindergarten through Grade 9.

Yes.  You will be issued official tuition receipts that may be used for income tax purposes.
