You are about to start the first time enrollment form for NCCS's educational program. We will guide you through this process step by step. Before starting the enrollment form, please read through the following documents:

Society membership shows your support for furthering Christian education in Nelson and around the Kootenays. It allows you to be a part of the decision making process for our schools.
Only members of the society can apply for tuition assistance and/or scholarships.
Thank you for your willingness to support Nelson Christian School Society and to further Christian education across BC! There is a $25.00 membership fee which is payable by e-transfer to accounting@chekabc.ca. If the membership fee is not paid by the start of the school year, it will be added to your invoice. The Society Constitution and Bylaws are attached for your late night reading enjoyment!
To enroll a student, click Add Student, complete the form, then click on Done to save. The student will appear below. Add one form per student.
Repeat this for each student you are enrolling.

Please read the statements below and indicate your commitment to NCCS.
1. I fully understand that I am making a commitment to educate my child(ren) at NCCS. NCCS is a faith-based independent school.
2. I will ensure that my child(ren) fully participates in all school learning activities and field trips.
3. I will positively represent the school in my community and online.
4. I am committed to support the policies of NCCS and the Nelson Christian School Society (NCSS).
5. I understand that cell phones are not allowed during class time and must be kept in a locked location during school hours (bell to bell).
6. I will support the teachers and administration of NCCS, and work towards positive resolution of any difficulties that may arise.
7. Should any concerns arise, I will direct them to the teacher first, then to administration, as soon as possible.
8. I will participate in parent/teacher interviews twice a year.
9. I acknowledge that the Foundation Skills Assessment is required to be written by students in grades 4 and 7 and will ensure that my child(ren) participates.
10. I will be responsible to ensure that all tuition and fees are fully paid and will pay them according to one of the 3 available options as per NCSS policy. If a financial crisis or need arises, I will complete an ‘Alternative Payment Plan’ or ‘Tuition Relief’ application in a timely manner to be approved by the NCSS Board of Directors.
11. If I withdraw my child(ren) prior to September 30th, I commit to pay a per student withdrawal fee of $150.
A final tuition amount will be issued when registration is confirmed.
