Ever since Nelson Christian School Society (NCSS) was founded 2003, there has been a vision of  serving families and providing life-impacting Christian education to the West Kootenays and across  the province of B.C. More than 25 years later, we are just as passionate and deliberate in  implementing this vision. SPring 2023 we embarked on a journey to purchase and renovate a  permanent site at 570 Johnstone Road in Nelson, B.C. This property is for the operations of  four NCSS ‘entities’ : Nelson Christian Community School (NCCS), CHEK ABC Offices; Nelson  Preschool Program and Living Books.  

Fundraising Goals for the Renovation of our Facility 

The goal for the continued renovations of our new property is an additional $100,000  These funds will apply towards the required upgrading of the septic system (2024/2025) and replacement of furnaces. 

How can you help? 

Our Capital improvement will require an ongoing level of support from parents,  grandparents, alumni, staff and friends. The key to our success will be sacrificial giving. Together,  with everyone giving according to equal sacrifice (not equal amounts) we can build a stronger  community to fulfill God’s purpose for Christian education through NCSS.
